i) Investing in high growth residential and commercial sectors Panther Investment Limited invests in strategic sectors that show “above GDP” growth potential due to favourable demographics, structural supply-demand imbalances, technology advances or social trends.
ii) Asset management focus Our asset management approach focuses on fundamentals such as an enhancement of environmental performance, flexible approaches to leasing, adding net lettable/saleable space, planning upside and change of use. We aim to drive both the top-line revenue growth and bottom line growth of buildings that we own.
iii) Post development facilities management Our provision of outstanding building facilities management ensures maximum re-sale value for our properties.
